Message: I came to United Nissan in Reno knowing I would be buying a car that day. I had anxiety and fear that I would have to deal with a pushy salesperson. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Bradly Presson. The salesman listened and was through in all his answers. He understood my needs and we worked well together. Needless to say, I left with a brand new 2023 Rogue SV Midnight edition and my fears and anxiety gone. Since my purchase I have reached out to Bradley twice and received the same level of service and compassion he showed that day.

Message: The best Nissan dealership I’ve been to for service since owning my car in 2015 and living in various areas and going to various dealerships! Very friendly, accommodating, super quick work, not over priced, did what my car needed and didn’t try to sell anything extra and explained what each service is. did a excellent job all around. Even came with a free car wash down the street. My car drives so much better now. Thank you will be back!

Message: As always, I received excellent service from everyone at United Nissan. The Waiting Roon was great, too. Snacks, coffee and water were provided for customers. The room was very clean and organized. I will probably bring my Murano in for servicing even after the extended warranty has expired. Great job United Nissan!

Message: Amazing! I bought a used car off of the lot today and must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. When I’ve bought a used car in the past from different dealerships the sales were less helpful and totally rude. I went to Nissan and Bradley and jay helped me. I was thoroughly helped and in and out in 2 hours. Jay communicated with me during the day to show me different vehicles while I was at work and Bradley knew everything by the time I got there. The perfect team! Made sure I got what I wanted and didn’t feel rushed into something I don’t want. Bradley did everything to make sure I had a good experience. Didn’t leave me sitting there by myself but made good conversation the whole time so I wasn’t alone. Will definitely be telling everyone I know about how great it was. I even got a bow even though it wasn’t brand new. I felt amazing. Thank you so much!

Message: There isn't enough room for me to fully explain how wonderful my experience has been so far at Reno Nissan. Some of the issues are in the "time will tell" category, that's why I used the phrase "so far", but with the amount of work that I had done, that is unavoidable. Kyle Pruneau provided outstanding customer service and the whole team delivered in a fraction of the time that I had planned on. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at that and just say thank you for everything, and you most likely have a new customer for life.
