Message: The entire team at Boating Lake Mead worked together to create an enjoyable purchase experience. Despite the logistical challenges of COVID-19 and conducting much of this process online and by phone, the sales team remained responsive and patient through back and forth questions, negotiation and paperwork. They creatively worked to accommodate our situation being from out of state and we ended up with an extremely fair deal. A purchase doesn’t have to be a “steal” to walk away feeling great. I also appreciated their thorough delivery overview. They didn’t try to sell us accessories we didn’t need, but rather offered helpful suggestions for things we hadn’t considered. We added a couple useful accessories and they were accommodating in changing out a Bimini that better suits our needs. Based on our experience thus far we are confident they will come through with a Bimini solution at likely even better quality than from the factory. Finally, the Lake Mead Marina staff were equally helpful in coordinating a slip rental that coincides with the re-opening of the lake. Many companies would have required us to start the slip rental immediately despite the lake closure, but this company clearly recognizes the value of long-term relationships with their customers and are working with us to minimize the financial and logistical impact. Without reservation I recommend giving this company the opportunity to earn your business as well.

Message: I highly recommend Dale Bagovich and Dry Dock Boat Sales.. I recently purchased a boat through Dale and I will be the first to tell you that I am a terrible customer. I actually warned Dale that I was going to be a pain in the butt as I am very detail oriented and was looking for a great deal.. Dale must have showed me close to 10 boats and even reshowed them to my wife if she wasn't with me when I saw them the first time. He never lost his smile or his great attitude through this whole process.. We made three offers on three different boats and was finally able to close a deal on the third.. In today's day and age, many commission based salesman are looking for the quick score and don't want to spend the time necessary to close a deal that may require a little more effort. That's not the case with Dale.. It's wasn't just the sales that was phenomenal, the business office was also great. I sent my wife down to handle all the paperwork and it was a quick and painless process. She told me everyone was very pleasant and great to deal with.. Finally, from a service perspective, I had a small leak in my cockpit sink when I got the boat. Dale got the service department involved and they had it fixed the next day.. From all aspects, I only had a positive experience with Dry Dock Boat Sales and would recommend them highly if you are looking to purchase a new or used boat.
