Message: Was having trouble starting my car, thought it was my battery so I took it in to get it tested to see if I needed a new one. I was helped by Tommy, he is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He tested my battery and said it was a great battery and when I described what was happening, he diagnosed the problem immediately telling me I needed to get my starter checked and probably replaced. I have an older Honda Accord that I absolutely Love and I am very thankful for his guidance and wisdom helping me understand what needs to be done to get my car back to working as it should without any problems. I was worried at first because I thought it was going to be an expensive fix, not knowing a whole lot about car parts. Tommy reassured me that it was a quick fix and not nearly what I thought it would cost. I am very thankful for his help, it's hard to find good quality customer service nowadays, but he is definitely the exception! I will be coming back here for all my automotive needs and highly recommend coming here if you have any need for your vehicle! 10/10 all around! Trust me, ask for Tommy and he will take care of you. There is a good reason this place has so many high ratings. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, very satisfied and thankful for his help. Message: I've been a fan of this chain for many years and I think this store is one of the best I've seen. Shelves are fully stocked, very helpful associates. This trip, I needed some high-temp paint and to drop-off oil for recycling. They took care of me quickly and courteously.

They did everything to ensure the warranty on my battery would be honored, got it exchanged and ensured this time it was in their system so I didn't have to go digging everywhere to prove I purchased the battery and it was still under warranty. They talked to me with so much respect, and not like I am stupid because of my gender. Bruce, Jess and Don are absolute gentlemen, know their customers by name, and let you know how much they value as a customer.
