Message: I called ahead for a battery and the lady who picked up the phone was super duper nice to tell me that it was just her and one other at the store right now. so they wouldn't have time to help install. I love great customer service even it it means they cannot help you as you need in the moment.

Message: They’re always willing to help, though if you call up there and ask for certain parts most likely the response is “ugh, if you don’t have a part number I can’t look it up on our system”. Sounds like management needs to update there system. They probably still use AOL email address. It’s better to stop by to search for the part on your own than it is to call asking for a part.

Message: The staff was amazing! Had a dead battery & they helped us replace. (X3 it's in the hatchback. ) The guy changed out the battery so quickly. He also helped change our windshield wipers. Service is really good. Location is good too if you're on a road trip & need something for the car.

Message: Shelby is AWESOME! This store is very busy, and I can see why customers come here. It seems in this day and age, customer service isn’t what it once was, but Shelby gets it! She greeted me as I walked through the door. I asked her if they check car batteries, and she said, “of course, let me come out and help you. ” She dropped what she was doing and made me a priority. She tested my system, and fortunately for me, I didn’t need to buy anything. And although they didn’t get a sale, Shelby’s service won me over. What fantastic service!
