Instead of selling me products I did not immediately need, Uriel helped me a ton with things I thought was wrong with my car.. 1) I Misread my battery icon for my hybrid, thought I needed to charge it thinking it was about to die: he showed my battery was in great health.. 2) thought I needed antifreeze but he showed me that it was still at a reasonable amount to run smoothly. 3) thought my ac was either broken or malfunctioning due to my “battery being low”, but he showed me I was not pressing the right button to turn on my AC

Message: It depends on the location. I went to the one on East Tropicana to replace my battery which was under warranty. The battery wasn't in stock so they called the store on Desert Inn. They had the battery in stock n said they would hold it for me. When I arrived they didn't place a hold on the battery n the store on Tropicana originally gave me the wrong battery. I had replaced the battery twice already within the last year. So the store on Desert Inn gave me the correct battery which had higher cold cranking amps n had a better warranty. Yes I had to pay the difference between the two batteries but it was worth it having the correct battery for my car. These sales associates are not as competent as we would like them to be or should be. The sales rep at Desert Inn was well knowledgeable on batteries n very helpful.
